March 5, 2015 — DekaTron announced today that it has been awarded a $12 million Fix Firm Price contract for Customer Relationship Management Program Support (CRMPS) sponsored by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VA Technology Acquisition Center.

This procurement is for program management consulting services that will support the programmatic and administrative efforts of the VA’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) office and its associated program areas. DekaTron will provide professional, administrative and programmatic services to support CRM initiatives, missions, and goals for it primary business lines. These business lines are business Intelligence data Science Program Customer Service Improvement and Service level management. DekaTron will provide the VA, Office of Information and Technology (OI&T), with the expertise and knowledge to support the CRM program areas and evolving future requirements necessary to accomplish the OI&T Strategic Objective as mandated by the VA’s OI&T Strategic Plan. DekaTron will work to improve customer satisfaction which is a key strategic objective for the Veterans Administration using the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) methodology. DekaTron will develop and implement the processes and methodologies necessary to achieve this for the VA.

The 5-year contract covers a base 12-month period, with four additional 12-month extension options.

VA awarded the contract to DekaTron through a competitive procurement process in which all proposals were evaluated on the basis of technical merits, past performance and price in order to determine the best value to meet the government’s requirement. VA designated this contract as a 100% set-aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
